Revision series, part 3: rebalancing filler. This lovely woman is a very natural beauty, inside and out - this generally makes life significantly easier as an aesthetic provider, but one needs to be thoughtful and careful about which features are being augmented or emphasized. Here you see an example of overvolumization of her cheeks in a location that is too low and lateral, which actually contributes to hollowing out the lower portion of the eyes and disrupting her facial shape. In her case, taking down some of the midface filler and replacing in a different location to then balance with volume in her eyes, temples, and brow went a long way to restore a beautifully natural, soft aesthetic. You can also see the change along her jawline and lower face with some strategic volume that helps her beautiful lips fit better on her facial frame.
