Revision series, part 11: Utilizing filler to correct depressions from a prior facelift. This lovely woman had divots in the areas of her cheeks that were undermined during a facelift years ago. Contour irregularities can happen after a facelift, but these were clear areas of fat and volume loss, persistent for years. Luckily, we have excellent options to correct volume loss, regardless of the underlying cause, and we were able to restore her contour and balance both cheeks by correcting the divots.
