The eyes have it, part 11: Micro construct tear trough and cheek volume augmentation performed utilizing a single access point cannula. This is a classic and common situation where “eye bags“ form almost exclusively as a result of volume loss, not necessarily because of excess volume in the lower eyelids. To address this, I strategically use different fillers or fat types in different anatomical compartments and planes to reconstruct normal cheek and lid volume relationships, which is why I named this particular technique “micro construct.“ This photo was taken months after one treatment with no touch ups.
