- Dermal Fillers
The eyes have it, part one: under eye filler. In this series we are going to progress through the different levels and types of changes seen in the eyelids, there are many types of underlying issues with great degrees of variation! Here you see the earliest, most basic presentation for under eye filler – dark circles and under eye shadows caused by volume loss and early changes to the skin under the eyes. This gives a bit of a hollowed, tired look to a younger person and can be very easily corrected by proper filler placement. Misplacement is common and can have disastrous results - look back about 20 posts or so to see. This particular procedure resulted in no downtime after filler placement with a cannula. Her light and shadow balance is restored on her lower lids, making her look more refreshed without changing the shape or structure of her face.
