The eyes have it series, post 49: tear trough and cheek augmentation - “flattening” of the mid face with dark circles or shadows under the eye, and hints at eyebags are some of the earliest parts of facial aging. I love explaining this anatomically in the clinic using my trusty skulls to illustrate the various parts of this complex area! This lovely woman was already in a great spot, beautiful at baseline, and started to notice these early changes. Using a combination of targeted products and a single access cannula site, we were able to provide a great natural result by specifically focusing on the subtle contributions of each anatomic change. No bruising, minimal swelling if any, and back to it!
