The eyes have it series, post 31: upper eyelid revolumization. Simple, elegant, highly rejuvenative and under utilized! The underappreciated role of upper eyelid hollowing is something that I love to speak about worldwide. The goal is to smooth out the contour of the upper lid and eliminate the A-frame deformity without altering the size, shape and function of the upper lid. It can be revolumized with either fat or filler, and is a highly technical place to work.
