The eyes have it series, post 72: Filler vs Fat Transfer vs #Enigmalift Scarless Lower Eyebag Removal. This is a discussion that I have with patients every day in my practice, and it is rarely an absolute, black and white answer. Usually, the answer lies in a balance between anatomic needs at baseline (skin, muscle, fat pads and bone), longevity of the procedure, invasiveness and expense. In any circumstance, my objective is to create the best possible outcome and most natural results that achieve each individual patient’s goals!
In this lovely woman’s case, we were focused on her lower eyebags, the junction of her eyelid and cheek, and her scleral show, which is the white part of her eye showing under her beautiful brown iris - a very challenging combination of things to address!
