The eyes have it, part 5: droopy upper eyelid (ptosis) repair and laser resurfacing. A subtle yet powerful change of the eyelids can be achieved with fixing a droopy upper eyelid, which we call ptosis. The improvement in eye size and symmetry gives a nice balance to the lids and can take away a tired work. This can be a tricky surgery to perform, as both eyes need to be addressed even if only one eye looks droopy to make sure that position is maintained after surgery. This lovely woman also had a laser resurfacing to improve the wrinkling and skin around her eyes.
