The eyes have it, post 17: dark under eyes circles can be caused by a multitude of factors, including volume loss, thinning under eye skin, sun damage to the skin, increased muscular show and baseline genetics. Most people just want to lighten their circles a bit without doing anything to look unnatural, and doing so as simply as possible. Here’s an excellent example of that: a small amount of volume, a little bit of neuromodulator like Botox, and some easy laser treatments can give a significant improvement in the dark circles without changing the overall look.
