Scarless removal of osteomas from the forehead - osteomas are common, benign bony outgrowths that often appear on the forehead. Generally, an incision is placed over the top of them to remove them, as they are unsightly and can be uncomfortable, but this leaves a very conspicuous scar. Here you see the results of a minimally invasive approach using a browlift style access to remove these from a distant location, leaving no visible scar!
