Practice what you preach - this is me! My personal goals with anti-aging are to do things that are simple, natural, low touch and low maintenance, but give an appreciable impact by regenerating and changing the quality of the tissues I have, not just how I look. I can tolerate a few days of downtime, although I like to space that out by years. I was a child of the sun, and as a father of 3 with my 40s in sight, I’m starting to see some of the normal aging changes pairing with the damage done in my younger years.
Here you see my plan in action and goals accomplished: fractional CO2 laser resurfacing paired with intense pulsed light for my skin and sun damage, Virtuoso subcutaneous tissue tightening with matrix enhanced PRP to address laxity in my neck and jawline, biostimulant restructuring of my fat pads to restore structure in them along my jawline, and hyper concentrated and matrix enhanced PRP in my hair - to help maintain the curls of course.
