The eyes have it series, post 44: lift, tighten and brighten - I love to utilize and mix small changes that add up to a natural, subtle overall result. Here you see support of the brow and upper lid with a sharp and even upper lid crease, elevation of the eyelid margin where her lashes sit with re-eversion if her lashes, support of the lower lid that can be seen with an elevation of the outside corner of the eye, rejuvenated skin as well as cheek and mid face support. All of these changes were accomplished with very minimally invasive eyelid surgery, ptosis repair, brow support, laser resurfacing and focal fat transfer. I love the skin improvement that you can see with the fat transfer alone due to the paracrine effect of exosomes released by the fat based stem cells that we transferred!
