- EnigmaLift - Brow Lift
The eyes have it series, post 35: cleaning things up - upper lid lift, lower eyelid rejuvenation with fat transposition, brow support and laser resurfacing to refresh, rejuvenate and improve the quality of the tissues around the eye. This man had a significant amount of sun damage to the tissues around his eye, which was causing laxity and sagging everywhere. Eyelid surgery in a man is a completely different ballgame than in a woman, and the surgeon needs to be very cognizant to keep masculine characteristics intact, especially in a situation like this where there is a significant amount of tissue aging. Here our goal was to refresh and rejuvenate without changing his baseline look and maintaining his masculinity.
