The eyes have it, post 16: transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty alone - classic, straightforward, beautiful! This wonderful lady is spunky, fit, and she wanted the look of her lower lids to match. Mission accomplished without any other modalities; I really, really wanted to add a few simple things onto this, but she knew what she wanted and we made it happen. Her downtime was minimal, this was performed with local anesthesia only, and even years later she’s looking and feeling fabulous!
