This beautiful woman had a minimally invasive surgical rejuvenation with a mini browlift, upper eyelid lift and completely scarless lower eye bag removal with focal fat grafting. Even for me, the scarless nature of this procedure never ceases to amaze with what we can accomplish - and I have put a lot of time, thought and innovation into these procedures to keep achieving better results. For example, the focal fat grafting here is just a bit of finish work, icing on the cake, that is smoothing and contouring areas that it would take much larger, more invasive surgeries to achieve otherwise.
