- EnigmaLift - Upper Eyelid Surgery
They eyes have it, post 30: structural upper blepharoplasty with minimally invasive brow support. This beautiful woman is very in tune, and she came in with a very clear picture of what she wanted, knowing that she wanted to address the excess upper eyelid skin that she had accumulated over time and the asymmetry of her upper lids. She has a very specific and well-defined type of upper eyelid (Type 2) at baseline that can be less forgiving after surgery, so this was definitely a quest for perfection! I performed her structural eyelid surgery to restore symmetry and brow support using the same upper lid incision to leave no visible scars.
