Nasal reconstruction after Mohs micrographic surgery to remove a basal cell carcinoma. This is a challenging defect position, where the aesthetics of the nose and the functional restoration of the reconstruction come front and center! This defect was reconstructed with a bilobed transposition flap with little to no evidence of its prior existence!
