Eyelid reconstruction, part 1: this woman had a defect of her eyelid margin including cartilage, muscle and skin after removal of a squamous cell carcinoma with Mohs micrographic surgery. Reconstruction consisted of rearranging her remaining cartilage, muscle and skin to close the defect and keep the line of her eyelid smooth and intact!
