Necklift revision: such a large part of my surgical and injectable practice is fixing and revising prior work. I had to chuckle at the post: “I don’t do $8 Botox, I fix it” by @drjanellevega last week, and I decided to start a series of revision work for both surgery and injectables - “fixes.” This woman traveled in from out of town after having a previous neck procedure less than two years prior. She was unhappy with the look of her neck and redundant skin. This revision gave her a much more natural look and facial balance, a little spunk to fit with her personality! #facelift
