Eyelid reconstruction, part 2: lower eyelid tightening, cicatricial ectropion repair. This man had a prior melanoma removed from his lower eyelid a few years before I met him, and the tension vectors created by the closure rolled his left lower eyelid outward, causing constant eye irritation and draining tears that were debilitating.
