Revision series, post 20: using volume and laser to revise a prior, premature lower lid blepharoplasty. This strong, spunky and incredibly creative 38 year old woman had a prior transcutaneous lower lid blepharoplasty that left her precipitously hollowed out with poor tissue quality around her eyes, showing up as contour irregularities and wrinkles. Here you see the results of a complex journey to revolumize the hollowed out lower lid areas while restructuring and restoring the tissue quality with fractional laser resurfacing.
