The eyes have it series, post 48: volumizing upper blepharoplasty and brow support. This lovely woman had a prior blepharoplasty that left her hollow in her upper lids from aggressive fat removal. Youthful and vibrant upper lids and brows are quite voluminous, yet it is quite common to see such an outcome. Here we utilized a volumizing, medial fat pad transposition upper blepharoplasty and strategic fat grafting to precisely restore volume in the upper lids, re-creating a smooth contour and giving some vibrance back to her eyes! A volumizing brow support procedure was also performed through the same small access point with no additional incision!
