Both are highly skilled, hand-selected, and personally trained by Dr. Chesnut through formal fellowship training to uphold the same standards of artistry, precision, and patient experience that define Clinic 5C. Patients choosing this option receive the very same environment of excellence, with the added benefit of a lower rate.
Within the Photo Screening Consultation Request, you may indicate your preferred surgeon, who will personally review your photos and provide a preliminary treatment plan. There is no fee for the photo screening to be completed by Dr. Nia or Dr. Kelm.
Our Retreat Homes
At Clinic 5C, your surgical experience extends far beyond the operating room. Selected patients have access to our private, luxury recovery homes; three exclusive residences overlooking the Spokane River, designed with natural light, EMF-friendly environments and built-in red-light healing spaces.
Supported throughout by a certified recovery team, you’ll experience concierge-level post-op care, integrated therapies like hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT), PEMF, IV nutrition and physician-designed supplement protocols to accelerate healing and reduce downtime.

The surgical facility is a fully equipped, AAAHC-accredited surgical center that was crafted and purposefully designed by Dr. Chesnut himself to create a state-of-the-art operating room, staffed by an experienced and caring team.
Dr. Chesnut’s regenerative medicine based recovery protocol utilizes techniques such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, customized IV nutrition, LED light therapy, and long acting local nerve blocks to improve overall outcomes and enhance the recovery experience.
